Dr William graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1999 and spent a year doing clinical research at Sydney Children's Hospital, focusing on childhood epilepsy and brain tumours.
He started out in surgical training, covering general, trauma, and vascular surgery, but switched gears to general practice and earned his FRACGP in 2009.

He has a range of special interests, including Men’s and Children’s Health, Trauma, Skin Cancer Management, Minor Surgery, and Travel Medicine, with a particular focus on Yellow Fever Vaccination.
Outside of work, William is a talented guitarist and holds a black belt in Taekwondo. He also speaks fluent Vietnamese, which helps him connect with a diverse range of patients.
